Application
MyPersonalVault is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.Login Interface
Our login interface is comprised of three parts. Username/Password/Security Question. Each time you log in you are presented with one of three random security questions that you answered when you registered. This gives one more level of security logging into your personal vault.Passwords
Your password is one-way encrypted, operators can not access the subscriber accounts by "looking up" the password.Passwords are the one area that the users can assist in their own security. I’m sure most people are surprised that their passwords would rank “weak” by most strong password standards.
Audit Trail
MyPersonalVault provides an audit trail with reports on the dashboard for each account giving a history of anyone who has been in the vault/files as well as if anything has been altered. And, if shared, then by whom.Data Center
