SouthPointe Digital's management team brings decades of critical experience in executive management, sales, business development and operations and technology management. A summary of key members' backgrounds is found below.
Daniel D. Walter (CEO/Founder/Managing Member)
Mr. Walter is CEO and Founder of SouthPointe Digital Technologies, LLC and MyPersonalVault.com and has over 20 years of management and entrepreneurial experience in the call center and innovative technology environments. Mr. Walter was recently CEO of Avalon Digital Marketing Services, Inc. (OTC BB: AVLD) a small public email technology company.
Mr. Walter has held senior level executive positions with Focus Legal Solutions, CRM Solutions and Webhelp where he built the sales from a start-up to a company with 1,500 employees. Prior to the successful Webhelp venture, he was corporate senior vice president for SITEL Corporation, where he was instrumental in building the company sales from $30 million to over $750 million while personally selling over $1.5 billion worth of services.

Don Van Scyoc (Chief Business Development Officer)
Mr. Van Scyoc has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry with a strong
background in designing, building and delivering diverse product solutions through direct
sales, agents and integrated distribution channels in the direct-to-consumer and affinity
group markets. He has also provided strategic and tactical consulting and training
services to financial services companies and marketing services providers.
He is the past chairman of the Direct Response Insurance Executives Council, and he has served in several roles with the Direct Marketing Association's Financial Services Council. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting and business administration from Pacific Union College, and earned designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA).
He is the past chairman of the Direct Response Insurance Executives Council, and he has served in several roles with the Direct Marketing Association's Financial Services Council. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting and business administration from Pacific Union College, and earned designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA).
Michael P. May (Member and Director)
Mr. May is involved in several business organizations through his May Holdings and The
MercXchange and is a primary Advisor to and Member of SouthPointe Digital
Technologies, LLC. He was also recently CEO of Trace Technologies (OTC BB: GWLK) and Chairman of iSECUREtrac (OTC BB: ISRE), a publicly held GPS Based Tracking Application firm headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. He has held this position since being appointed in February, 2001. Mr. May has spent his career in the development and management of technology-driven growth companies, first in software, and, later, in outsourced CRM services.
Since 1999, Mr. May has been an independent consultant to emerging technology businesses, with a focus on Internet commerce and communications. Previously, Mr. May served as an executive and Director for SITEL Corporation (NYSE: SWW), a leading provider of outsourced Customer Relationship Management for Fortune 500 and Financial Times 100 corporations around the world, including as Chief Executive Officer from January 1997 until his resignation in May 1998, and prior to that, as President. During his tenure, SITEL grew from a US-based organization with less than $50 million in revenue to a global business with over 13,000 employees, serving over 300 clients in 17 countries, with annualized revenue in excess of $600 million.
From 1975 to 1985, Mr. May served as a senior executive and Director of Applied Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACIS), the company which was the predecessor to Transaction Systems Architects, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSAI), the global leader in providing EFT transaction processing software to financial institutions.

Lenn M. Pritchard (Co-Managing Partner and Chairman)
Mr. Pritchard is owner and President of P.K. Developments LLC, and multiple
companies designed to engineer and develop large-scale real estate subdivisions and
vast acreage land for mixed-use in the Phoenix metropolitan area. His developments
include shopping centers, commercial ventures and large-scale multi-use combined
residential and shopping areas. Since 1975, Mr. Pritchard has been owner of multiple
successful development companies performing large acreage commercial and
residential development projects in Arizona. As the owner of Omni Realty, he expanded
the brokerage activities from selling single family and residential real estate to include
both acquisition and divestiture of all types of real estate. Transactions included sales of
residential real estate to major Arizona home builders.
He was co-owner and consultant to Rastra Technologies, formed to innovate alternative building materials for use in the construction of external wall components, and Mr. Pritchard served as consultant to and supervisor of the construction of several McDonald's "sports store" theme restaurants using Rastra components.
Previously, Mr. Pritchard became Director of International Business Development, for Interstate Mechanical Corporation, (IMCOR), where he traveled to Russia and Saudi Arabia for the investigation of business opportunities with business and political leaders in these large countries.
He was co-owner and consultant to Rastra Technologies, formed to innovate alternative building materials for use in the construction of external wall components, and Mr. Pritchard served as consultant to and supervisor of the construction of several McDonald's "sports store" theme restaurants using Rastra components.
Previously, Mr. Pritchard became Director of International Business Development, for Interstate Mechanical Corporation, (IMCOR), where he traveled to Russia and Saudi Arabia for the investigation of business opportunities with business and political leaders in these large countries.
Kenneth E. Lawonn (Director)
Mr. Lawonn is the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Alegent
Health. Alegent Health is a not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system with over 1,200
physicians and nearly 8,600 employees. Alegent Health is comprised of five
metropolitan medical centers, four rural hospitals and 42 primary care clinics with 125
physicians in Nebraska and Iowa.
Mr. Lawonn has over 30 years of information technology and over 22 years of management experience. He is responsible for the information management, telecommunications, construction, security and biomedical functions throughout the Alegent Health enterprise. He has nurtured Alegent Health's relationship with Siemens Strategic Alliance, negotiating a 10-year agreement for medical, building and information technology. He has successfully completed a Strategic Systems Plan, calling for implementation of advanced clinical systems, and he has led Alegent Health to be named one of the 100 Most Wired Health Systems for the past two years.
He joined Lutheran Health Systems in 1976 as an analyst/programmer and served in several capacities before being promoted to Vice President and Chief Information Officer in 1992, a position he held until the merger with Samaritan Health Systems in 1999. Prior to joining Alegent Health Mr. Lawonn also served as the first corporate Vice President of Information Technology for Banner Health System/Lutheran Health Systems, Fargo, North Dakota.
Mr. Lawonn received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Moorhead State University and he is a currently a member of the College of Health Information Management Executives, and the Hospital Information Management and Systems Society.

Curtis Beeson (Chief Technology Officer)
Mr. Beeson is a 20+ year veteran of the Information Technology industry with a broad background and varied experience. Progressing from an entry level programmer to an executive level management position he has worked in operational environments as well as product delivery, support and implementation.
During his tenure at First Data, he developed the Unix systems infrastructure to support the Call Interactive. His concept, delivery and development of Open Data Streams (ODS) opened data access from any platform into First Data systems and services. Beeson also provided strategic systems integration and delivery skills for First Data's Point of Sale concentrator solutions.
As chief technology officer of the First Data Secure Signing Group, Curtis Beeson was responsible for the development of technologies associated with DataSIGNTM authentication solutions, which are based on First Data's Account Based Digital Signature model.
His expertise in systems delivery and integration helped him develop a keen sense and skill in security analysis and assessment on behalf of First Data businesses. Beeson is a seasoned speaker with engagements at leading industry conferences.

Chris Hefling, (VP of Web Services)
Chris has over 19 years experience in the Information Technology field as Computer Operator, Systems Engineer, Systems Analyst and also Computer Operations and Technical Support Management. He provides expertise in requirements gathering, design, development and implementation of technology solutions and software applications to meet operational business needs.
Chris also has an extensive background in web programming and backend systems programming. He has been involved in the implementation, migration and maintenance of vended software applications as well as the coding and maintenance of health system EDI interfaces between ancillary systems.
He has a working knowledge of a wide variety of operating systems, web servers, and programming languages which enable him to provide quick and effective solutions.
